Jutta Schreiber, attorney, has many years of management responsibility in various functions in the field of Human Resources in mid-size companies and international groups, as well as many years of consultation in labor-law events as an attorney. The focus of her industrial  experience is in personnel development, design and implementation of national and international training concepts, especially in the management field, controlling change processes, often in connection with company purchases and takeovers, restructuring, negotiating and implementing social plans, reorientation of organizations and constructing efficient processes in the HR field, as well as moving services (in- and outsourcing). She is also familiar with international matrix structures, such as the meaning of close cooperation with financial experts and business management, in order to maintain a motivated, efficient, and successful staff. Ms. Schreiber speaks English and French fluently, in addition to her mother tongue, German.
